The theme of the conference is “Expanding Access to Collaborative – Meeting The Needs of Today’s Clients.”
How can we better understand and meet the needs of clients looking to address their family disputes in the law? People have diverse and complex needs and the more we can understand them, the more we can appropriately respond. The Collaborative Process is not only for the wealthy. It also does not need to be limited to initial divorce actions. How can the Collaborative Process be used for issues other than divorces – such as paternity matters, relocation issues, post-judgment modifications, and prenuptial agreement negotiations?
How can we, as Collaborative professionals, increase the footprint of the Collaborative Process to serve individuals at all income levels? Is the Collaborative Process better suited for families of diverse religious and cultural backgrounds? How is the Collaborative Process uniquely suited to meet the needs of clients of all age groups? What are the needs and demands of clients of younger generations compared to those of older generations? In what ways can the Collaborative Process address and support the needs of the LGBTQ+ community?
How is the Collaborative Process embracing technology to fill the gaps that the traditional court system cannot handle during the times of Covid-19? We invite you to generously share your knowledge to help us expand the Collaborative Process to meet the needs of every client and to think outside the box.
