For the past seven years we have come together as a community of Collaborative Professionals for our Annual Conference to share best practices, encourage leadership and grow relationships. FACP continues our commitment to creating community-building opportunities, provide bold thought leadership, advance dialogue, and promote the work of Collaborative Professionals. After careful consideration around health, safety and community impact our Board has decided to shift the 8th Annual Conference to a high engagement virtual platform.
We are excited about the opportunities to re-create our conference in a virtual format with greater than ever attendance by members throughout the state—and of course, we invite our colleagues from around the world to join us.

Next Steps- Your Current Conference Registration
If you are currently registered for the August conference, you will automatically be registered for the rescheduled Virtual Conference in August.
If you are no longer able to attend please reply to Annette Kariko by June 30th, 2020 with the following information.
- I am no longer able to come, I’d like to donate my registration fees to FACP
- Please refund my full registration fee for the 2020 conference (refunds will be processed by July 15, 2020).
Hotel and Travel Arrangements
All reservations that were made through our conference room block, will be cancelled. Please remember to update any other travel or lodging reservations you might have made.
