Confidentiality: The information you provide will be treated with the utmost discretion. Your name and any identifying information will be kept confidential by the Co-Chairs and Membership Chair.

Membership: TBACP membership is selective. Meeting all membership criteria does not guarantee an invitation to join. The process is confidential, discretionary, and not subject to appeal.

Before responding, please consider the following:

Responsiveness: Does the applicant respond promptly to calls, emails, and scheduling requests—at the level expected in successful collaborative cases?
Preparedness: Is the applicant consistently well prepared, having reviewed materials and schedules in advance?
Client Management: Does the applicant communicate effectively with clients, set realistic expectations, and appropriately manage client behavior?
Competency: Does the applicant demonstrate substantive knowledge, option-building skills, and emotional intelligence—especially in group settings?
